There are no excuses for Florida losing at home to a team like Mississippi. They are at best equal to Oregon St. a ranked team to be this season and ranked for the last 2 years.

FLORIDA AT HOME !!

Florida loss was worse cause they gave the game away. Ole Miss couldn't consistently move the ball at all but Florida D fell asleep on two plays. Florida fumbled the ball 5 times. USC? They got pretty much dominated from the get go so in terms of who is in better shape going forward? Florida by far.

Florida still alive

Thus, USC loss was worse.

Royboy, the only Pac-10 team with more wins than USC over the last 2 years is Oregon St. What has Mississippi done close to that?

Explain

Thats a strawman argument

Simple:

Since the 2004 season, not including this year they are 14-32. Meanwhile the Beavers are 31-19 in the same time period.

Nobody cares about 2004. And when you have to play Georgia, Florida, LSU, Tenn, Aub, Arksansas, Ala, etc....... every yr as opposed to the Oregons, ASUs, etc... that's exactly what their record should be

Yes there is. Explain how it is possible for you to think Oregon State didn't play an excellent game vs #1 USC and deserves more than your disrespect?

They also have a reputation for putting good teams together year after year, including this one. If you think that's a straw argument, you need to use both of your eyes instead of just one. You are a typical SEC homey that is in denial of everything their conference does wrong and thinks other team's mistakes count for everything. There is no length you wouldn't go to to justify everything that could possibly support that absurd position.

I never disrespected Oregon St, youre making a lot of assumptions about my positions, that I never stated

I still would put Miss ahead of Oregon St, especially on defense

I'm a UF fan...and that was pathetic! It was much worse than losing on the road.

UF's offense has been figured out. Cover Harvin...and bring the house at Tebow. There you have it.

When Tebow is gone, I wonder what this gimmick offense is going to do? It's already bogged down WITH Tebow....what will happen without him????

Those games were not even close to being bad beats. They didn't come near the spread, so this thread is retarded.

This is not about the spreads but the effect of the loss in the bigger picture.

Check the point spreads. USC was the bigger upset. Ole Miss is a quality team and everyone who knows football knows it. Ore State and the Pac-10 are a joke. Has Ole Miss lost to Stanford and got beat by 45 points by Penn State. They had Wake beat on the road and shot themselves in the foot vs a decent Vandy team

Your grudge against the Pac 10 has gotten old. Keep hearing the same crap out your mouth.
