3.(c) We reserve the right to limit access to sending funds or making withdrawals from your account(s) for transactions we deem suspicious or for accounts conducting high transaction volumes to ensure integrity of the funds or for any other reasonable reason, including, but not limited to those listed below. If your account access has been limited, you will be notified by e-mail and requested to provide information relevant to your account and we will investigate the matter promptly. If the investigation is in your favor, we will restore access to your account. If the investigation is not in your favor, we may return funds to the sender and restore access to the remainder of your account, continue to limit your account access for up to 180 days as to funds necessary to protect us against the risk of reversals, or may close your account by giving you notice. If you are later determined to be entitled to any funds in dispute, we will forward those funds to you. Any of the following may lead to your account being limited: (i) reports of unauthorized or unusual credit card use associated with your Account; (ii) complaints received regarding non-shipment of merchandise, non-delivery of services, merchandise not as described, or problems with merchandise shipped; (iii) initiation of a reversal process through the buyer's issuing bank without first pursuing our consumer resolution process described below; (iv) excessive disputes or reversals, or attempts to "double dip" by receiving funds in a dispute both from us and through a reversal or a refund from the seller; (v) refusal to cooperate in an investigation or provide confirmation of identity when requested; (vi) initiation of transactions considered to be cash advances or assisting in cash advances; (vii) reports of fraudulent activity; (viii) providing bank account or credit card information regarding your Account does not match the name on the your Account; (ix) returns of funds transfer for insufficient funds in your bank account, incorrect bank routing number, or incorrect bank account number; (x) reports from credit agencies of a high level of risk; and (xi) excessive complaints regarding your Account, business or service. We will use reasonable efforts to investigate accounts that are subject to account access limitations and to reach a final decision on the limitations promptly. We reserve the right to require Members who operate with high reversal rates or otherwise present a relatively high risk of losses to choose between closure of their Account or entering into an additional agreement addressing such risks, which may include higher fees.
4.(g) The maximum amount funds that you may transfer out of your Account may not exceed the amount of all previous transfers into your Account (including but not limited to credit card deposits minus any reversals) minus the amount of all previous transfers out of your Account minus applicable service charges and/or fines.
14.(c)(iv)Our dispute resolution program does not replace or reduce any other consumer rights that a Member may have, including reversal rights that may be granted by that Member’s credit card issuer. We are the currency transport system of record with respect to all credit card transactions through the Service to purchase goods or services. As such, we afford Members the rights and privileges expected of a credit card transaction. You acknowledge that we do not control the outcome of any reversal decision initiated through a Member's credit card issuer.

I won't even comment on the bullshit, Paypal-esque 180 day waiting period (I have just over $ 33,000.00 sitting in a locked Paypal account roughly three years since the first "180 day" period was passed.) The above clauses clearly state several ways in which a customer can initiate a reversal of a transaction.
Your reference to e-gold indicates that you've been around a little longer than your two posts would indicate, and have seen me repeatedly advocate that superior payment system as a solution to books. I make no aspersions as to whether or not BT is a legitimate company or not; however, assuming that it is it is still not a parsec within being on par with e-gold.
