RACE 4 - #3 – CITY PARK – 4/1 – WP – We’ll we have two positive signs to back City Park today. The first one is he has a new trainer in Hartman and a huge jock upgrade in Double M in the irons. You can look at his PP’s he’s missed some turf starts because of 3 consecutive races were taken off.

His new connections are wheeling him back in 17 days, so he must be showing them he’s ready to fire right back and probably needed that last start for a little tighter fitness.

RACE 5 – I have a very strong rooting interest for Eileen Alexandra for my good friend Bob Mahoney, I’ll be cheering him down the lane if Eileen fires off the layoff. But the word on the street is Fort Polk is training like a Wild Thang for Mouton. We suggest to use these two in rolling wagers!

RACE 6 - #4 – SPIDER LEGS – 4/1 – WP – We backed her last out off the layoff and she ran very well, despite breaking through the gate prior to the race. If they’re wheeling her right back and Colby is staying up, then we’ll be back at the windows once again on her this afternoon.

RACE 7 - #5 – OVA CHARGED – 7/5 – W – We you can run a 109.2 at the FG under wraps and almost off a 5-month layoff then you have some serious stakes quality about you and we feel this daughter by Star Guitar, just might be star in the making!

RACE 8 - #8 – HIGHLAND CREEK – 6/1 – WP – His last race was a paid workout and we feel he’s ready to strut his stuff once again today in the Big Easy!

RACE 9 - #5 – BRON AND BROW – 5/1 – WP – They’ve decided to face stakes company as they’ve scratched from the MSW in race 13. This son of Gormley will break within the group and note that big work just 7 days ago over this main track. Today, he’ll get the hood and Lasix and that should, put him in the winner’s circle!

RACE 10 - #4 – SIR WELLINGTON – 8/1 – WP – He might be a La. Bred, but he’s only been in La. restricted company once in his 8-race career and that was last year on this exact day for La. Breds and he won the Juvenile!

He’s not facing Jaxon Travler, Switfsure, or the other big-time sprinters he’s faced of late, today he gets straight La. Breds and this ML is to ripe for the taken down the lane the afternoon. We’re expecting a stalk and pounce effort with Pedroza in the irons.

RACE 11 - #1 – MANGELSEN – 4/1 – WP – We backed him last out on the 2nd day of the meet and he didn’t disappoint at all, he broke sharp and just coasted around the blades and won for fun that afternoon, the gallop out was strong as well. We’re expecting the same exact effort today with another clean break to the front!

RACE 12 - #7 – BASALT STREET – 5/1 – WP – This girl was beyond visually impressive last out and she’s right back in the gate today off that effort and that tells you that race must’ve not taken much out of her as Gary Scherer does right by his stable and it’s also easy to ROOT for the Ulwelling’s as well, as they’re some of my twitter friends that I banter back and forth with, just some good FOLKS!!

RACE 13 - #6 – BIGG CHOPPER – 6/1 – WP – We’re looking for this son of Shackleford to “Speed Pop” this field from the jump and we’ll be doing the “Choppa Style” to the window!!!
