last trade 831.50, so im close to getting filled...
i trail an entry STOP 13pts off the low or high of move, in this case the move down was to 819.50, ill buy it at 832.50, if it gets there...
little difficult to understand (perhaps)..... if i enter the trade, ill place a profit target at 847.50........ i play to make 15pts with this one......... initial risk is 13pts........... but for every point the trade moves in my favor, i trail the stop higher, thus reducing risk....
all my wins will be 15pts exactly............
losses could range from (1-13pts) with average being about 8pts.. so you can see, anything near 50% and im good.

yes, over my head for now, but I'm chipping away at it. up until now didn't know anything about futures, but i'm devoting several hours a day to the research.

this is a whole new world..... many many ways to play it and many ways to trade... i prefer the emini because it has everything that you could want in a market and 'slippage' is virtually non-existent...

thanks SSI. there are many good guys here & i can tell you're one of them. i'm not thin skinned though --- can't be when you like to bet on sports as much as i do.
will definitely start watching Fast Money as i recently got laid off so i'm in between jobs so to speak with a little extra time right now.
