First of all I have had a terrible NFL season, but here are my thoughts on the Championship games.

NFC - I'm on the Eagles

Eagles will NOT blitz Vick. They will play 8 in the box and make Vick beat them with his arm not his feet. Atlanta WR/TE are not good enough to give him good targets. Eagles open up the offense and keep the Dirty Birds off balance all day. Plus it is outdoors, last I checked ATL was a dome team.

AFC - I'm on the Steelers

Pats will not be able to handle physical Pit WR's, no pushing around like the softies from Indy. Pitt will pass early and then run-run-run then pass over the Pats heads. Pitt is a home dog with the best record in the NFL that will make for intense preparations and a determined team. I know Belichek has never lost when facing a QB for the second time in a season but the Red Sox had not won a World Series since sliced bread either.

ESQ Not so good. A lot of pain, trying to loose some weight to see if it helps and get through the summer with the replacement in the fall.

BTW I feel the public has hammered the o/u so much that I am considering taking the over in both games. May even parlay it.

Thw wind is the only weather factor that could gaurantee a low scoring affair. All other factors create opportunities for big plays.
