I understand that, but those were at SJST. You forget Boise St. beat them 42-7 last year at home. Boise St. might not have a good of an offense as they did before, but their defense is twice as good. Nothing shows me SJST can put up 17-20 points on their defense which will be needed to get the cover.

Tonights game is a home game for SJST

Why should last years score matter so much if the game is @ SJ this season and Boise's QB is brand new? You tell me, why should Boise be the bet if the game is being played in SJ where they nearly lost the last 2 times when they had a better team on the field?

Game is at SJST which is a huge plus for them, but the three teams they beat at home have a combined 6-16 record so it's not like they played any good teams. I think Moore is better than Thorpe and their defense is alot better too. Boise St. might have had better teams, but I'm sure they overlooked this SJST team something they won't do tonight.

Where are you all getting this?

I remember the games. I follow these teams. But you can at least look up the scores from '06 (when they played at Boise) and before that at ESPN.com. They may even still have the box scores and drive charts if you look for them.

Forget last year. Last year Michigan beat Florida, you think Michigan beats Florida this year?

Play the under and stop worrying about who is going to cover. SJSU has a struggling offense, but they have a solid defense.

If you like the game take Boise. Don't OVER analyze. It is one thing to analyze the game, but go with what you feel, don't worry about everyone else.

If you take Boise and they cover, you are going to say, see I told you, if they don't cover, you are going to start doubting yourself in the future when you see others on the opposite side of you and then you will eventually lose another game that you would have been on the correct side.

Confidence is everything in life and even in gambling. If you lose confidence, you will start to lose more plays, as you will begin to second guess yourself.

If you like it, take it and don't worry about what happens, at least you made a play you felt comfortable with.

Well that's a good argument. But Boise hasn't scored beyond a few TD's vs. anyone's defense that has a pulse this year. I'm on the Spartans because they can give anyone a good game at home and they want this team extra bad.

Can't compare <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:State w:st="on">Michigan</st1:State> beating <st1:State w:st="on">Florida</st1:State> last year when <st1:State w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Michigan</st1:place></st1:State> lost every single offensive threat on their team while <st1:Street w:st="on"><st1:address w:st="on">Boise St.</st1:address></st1:Street> has most of their original players back from last year. Just wanted to get a good write up about <st1:Street w:st="on"><st1:address w:st="on">San Jose St.</st1:address></st1:Street> which I still haven't seen. Perhaps you should watch closer.

2 out of the last 4 games these were close, as opposed to "the last 2 matchups". And I don't even know how you can compare a team from 5 years ago to now, NOTHING is the same. Let alone 2 years ago.

2007 42-7 Boise
2006 23-20 Boise (not in OT)
2005 38-21 Boise
2004 56-49 Boise (OT)

I guess you didn't watch them tear apart the Oregon defense. With their defense only giving up 7 points per game I'm pretty sure they shut it down in the 4th quarter.

I couldn't disagree with you more. This is a conference rivalry game and these teams have come to know each other. What's happened before has a lot to do with what will happen next. History matters in conference rivalry games, especially recent games where many of the players are back again. Apparently so does the home field. I noticed that you left out the venue. Maybe you should look a little closer.

...and BSU lost 4 Olineman from last year including Clady. They have a new QB and couldn't even move the ball on a pathetic Hawaii team, so what is your point.

Why are you planning on buying of 7. Only buy to help get a tie and prevent a loss, don't buy to prevent a tie and get a win.

Honestly, not trying to be rude, but I don't think you are that confident in the play, but are looking for some sort of confirmation from others.

For every point and argument that someone makes for San Jose, you have a rebuttle so it's quite obvious that no one is going to convince you otherwise. So just take Boise St and be done with it. You're waiting for this magical AHA moment that isn't ever going to come.

Oregon was playing with a 3rd String QB. UCLA moved the ball on the Oregon D.

SJSU would have lost by 6 to Stanford, if not for Jim Harbaugh.

Either make the play or STFU already.

I watched the Hawaii game and they moved the ball plenty, but missed a couple of FG. I have this game capped at 24-17 Boise St. so thats why I was thinking about buying off the 7. To be honest I don't have confidence in this play and wanted to see why everybody is SJST. People still haven't explained who plays on their team and why they like them. Also my favorite fade material is on SJST tonight and he is due for a loss.

Last time I checked the QB doesn't play on defense and Stanford isn't a good team. Calm down man just trying to get a feel for this game and still deciding who to take.
