This could be a game that means nothing for the Eagles.

Philadelphia might not even have to wait until Week 17. If the Cowboys collapse again in Washington, the Eagles will have a chance to sew up the NFC East on Sunday night against Chicago. If the Cowboys win in the afternoon, the Eagles will have little to play for in the game. Philadelphia coach Chip Kelly already has confirmed that the Eagles will play all their starters to win regardless of Dallas' result early.I am not buying that. Here is the reason why:
Secondary concerns. The Eagles' secondary was torched for 382 yards, two touchdowns and a bunch of big plays. With Jay Cutler, Brandon Marshall and Alshon Jeffery coming to town, that has to be addressed. But first, the coaches have to know who will be available.“Trying to find out what our health is is an important thing,” Kelly said.Rookie safety Earl Wolff could be ready to return from his knee injury. But Brandon Boykin (possible concussion), Kurt Coleman (hamstring) and Colt Anderson (knee) were injured during the game.Safety Patrick Chung is healthy, but he was benched for performance reasons in favor of Coleman. Chung returned when Coleman went down.Cornerbacks Cary Williams and Bradley Fletcher played their worst game of the season.“That’s a big concern for us,” Kelly said of the injury issue.Matt Cassel light up the Philly secondary for 382 yards. Cutler should be able to do better especially with his receivers. I like the Bears no matter what happens in the Cowboy game. It's just a added edge for the Bears as I see it if the Cowboys win.

The Bears interesting

How will the Bears stop McCoy

I was thinking the Bengals and Eagles both bounce back

Trends favor the bears vs Philly BUT Da Bears SUCK vs NFC and they suck in December. Big game for Philly @ home. Philly by a dozen.

Lets put you hypothesis of the statement to a test. "Big game for Philly @ home". Who do you like in the Dallas game ?

I didn't put that much money on the Bengals line up to 8-8'

Eagles stuck probably at a solid 3

On the Eagles game the only way I think the number moves off 3 is if Dallas wins. If they do I think the line drops to -1 1/2. It becomes a game that does not matter. On the other hand if Dallas loses Philly would have something to play for. That's were the rock solid 3 comes in.

Trestman said it's a possibility he could rest starters if Lions lose and Packers win their games. Which would make sense since the game vs Eeagles would have no bearing on their playoff situation.

Good point I never thought of that angle. But I don't expect the Lions to lose to the Giants straight up. Possible to the spread. But I don't think so. Giants are just playing out the string. Lots of injuries on the Giants and this is the type of team the Lions can feast on. Manning is on a pace for 30 + interceptions for the year. If you seen the Giant game last week and seen how bad that offense line is you would never give the Giants a chance straight up. One thing the Lions do have is a pass rush. But then also this is the NFL where this kind of stuff does happen. On the flip side does Philly rest their starters if Dallas wins ? Two teams playing for nothing ? Who wants it ? I think the Bears because still would want the game. If they went into the last week Chicago 8/7 GB 8/6/1 a tie in the last game of the season would favor GB. Something to think about. Bears are not going to lay down.

As much as the sharps have been fading Indy why has that line stayed at 6'?

The chart had KC a #2 public bet

Public bets mean the number of bets. 80 out of every 100 plays is a bet for KC.....thing about this.....each of those 80 bet $100 =$8000
each of the 20 that is on IND bets $500 a play =$10,000
so you see there is more money on IND THAN KC ...that why I don't pull to much on public plays. Money mover the line not public bets.

the site I see show 60% of the money is on IND. so that is one reason the line has not gone up
