As per the encounters I participated to in representation of the group of players I am acting on behalf of the understanding is that there should be no strings attached.
Please bear in mind that these negotiations have not been smooth, as all negotiations involving large sums are, and that we are in the critical phase where a final answer is to be expected within the next 48 hours.
I shall also add that Panamanian Authorities are also monitoring this process and are ready to assist with the back up plan should this talks fail to become the viable solution to this saga.

Well, I can only speak for my own situation.
I was paid $10,000 from BlueGrass by Neteller on Friday - not their usual 3 minutes, but rather about 15 minutes. A guy I know was paid $7,500 by Neteller about an hour ago.

APEX did not pay me 3 weeks ago when requested a moderate payout. made up some stupid excuse about computer problems on some plays...delay delay delay. I was lucky (and maybe stupid to even trytrytry) but I scalped out and did not lose too much juice doing it. HAted to do that and risk my money at a legit book but I did it got away with it and I feel lucky for it. that place APEX is bad news. Poor customer service as well Robbie says he will get back to you soon and never does.
