The element of "joe public" and wagering amazes me. I really could care less if games I like is on TV or not. Much to my dismay, I take Louisville -12- early, then all the sudden it goes to 15 and up. Hello Joe Public, E.Carolina covers. Louisville gets up 21 and somehow doesnt cover. Hmmmmmm..
