I want to place a wager on a point total for the 2013-14 season, but the only book I can find that posts the lines is Bet365, and I am in the US. I am able to access the site through a UK VPN, but am weary of depositing there not knowing what they require to get money out as far as proof of residency or anything like that.
Does anyone know of a book where I can place the wager? I use 5Dimes exclusively, and was assured by their wagering department that the lines would be posted by yesterday, but as of today they said they wont be posting htem
