Alot of new faces in the England U21 line-up as Pearce wants to see what options he has apart from the regulars that usually play for the England U21 squad. With all players being young, mistakes are bound to happen in defense but there is a bigger reason for this selection. All of the new players for England will want to impress Pearce today so as to be included as a regular in the side and those who have already been capped will want to keep their spot. This could lead to some stellar performances offensively but the flip side of this coin is that some players may try to do too much which could lead to mistakes, creating openings for Poland to score.
