Why buy a ticket, drive to the game (a half hour or more), deal with traffic, pay too much $$$ to park, walk a hundred yards, stand in line to enter, pay ridiculous $$$ amounts for food & beer after standing in line for food, walk a hundred yards back to your car, sit in traffic, drive home (another 1/2 hour or more) so total of 5 hours or more.... to see a lousy team?
When you can see all the games you want cheaper, all the good teams, Rams, Chiefs, Cowboys, et al on a big screen HD TV at home, take a piss when you want to, see the replays, get the food out of the fridge, and hear from the broadcast team about everything?
That is what every NFL marketing department has been talking about for quite some time...
Last week I was thinking about going to that Carolina game cause I wanted to see the Rams play but being it was the home opener AND playing the SB runner up I didn't think I'd be able to get a ticket so I didn't even look into it.
When I turned on my TV I was like WTF!!! I couldn't believe it....
I'm now going to see what tickets are like to the Thu game vs TB
Also...I think people around here are just tired of Cam, we LOVE McCaffrey but its time for a change at QB, all he does is mope and whine and dress stupid (anyone have a pic of yesterdays outfit with that matty hair of his?)
Miami vs Baltimore pregame.
Hard Rock Stadium is a crap stadium for the Super Bowl. I saw the Marlins play there years ago before they built their new stadium. On the other hand the city of Miami is a great place to host a Super Bowl.
Pay $ 40 to park, walk 1.1 MILES to the stadium, party all day, stand in line to enter, AND watch the Patriots manhandle the Steelers
PRICELESS
