Gonna play it pretty close to the vest this week, with all the guys sitting out, kinda like trying to cap Pre Season games.
Green Bay +3
This is still a big rivalry, and Sherman hasn't really made it clear how much the starters will play. But, there are two things that are certain. Favre will start, and the Bears offense probably won't score much. The Bears have been decimated by injuries: LG Ruben Brown (missed seven of 16 starts), RG Rex Tucker (-11), QB Rex Grossman (-13), FB Bryan Johnson (-2), DE Adewale Ogunleye (-4), MLB Brian Urlacher (-7) and FS Mike Brown (-12). I believe the Packers also are even more motivated by the fact that their main obstacle to the Super Bowl (Philly) is gonna be without T.O. if they meet again. Green Bay 24-10
Miami/Balt UNDER 33 1/2
Balt should win this game, but I refuse to lay DD on this team. This is gonna be one ugly MOFO. Barring a ton of turnovers, this cold easily be a 10-6 game. Baltimore is in a must win situation. But, they also need A LOT of help. Both teams will rely on their QB's not to lose the game. Miami saw what Bettis did last week, and think they can run the ball enough to keep the heat off Rosenfels. Sage may not get too many opprotunities here. If the Ravens want to get back to the playoffs next yr, they must end this Kyle Boller experiment and revamp their offense.
Seattle -6....Seattle looks to wrap up the NFC West. Vick will start, but probably won't be out there for too long. They have wrapped up the #2 seed, and if Philly stumbles early, they will be in the drivers seat in the NFC. So, they take no chances here, esp if they have to play Seattle again in the playoffs. This is a make or break season for Holmgren. Shaun Alexander may be gone after this season, and so may Holmgren if Seattle doesn't win a playoff game or two. You'll see plenty of Alexander today. Seattle 27-10
