EGD has owed me over 4 dimes since the middle of July. he told me to keep this off the forums or I would never get paid. he has made it quite clear I am not getting paid anyway.

he solicitated ME for action via PM.

he came up with every excuse in the book not to pay me. he even used the old "family emergency" excuse why he couldnt square-up. said he would be out of town for 3 weeks before he could pay.

I gave him plenty of time to pay, and was very patient. But, my patients has run out.

Its no surprise though, its quite obvious from his posts and the # of plays he posts that this guy is an action junkie, and a big loser.

his account is in collections now. its out of my hands now.

I have learned a valuable lesson as a businessman here.

This is true. EveryGamblersDream, aka 888888888888 ,stiffed me for over 4k. He and his buddies over at ogd are now trying to create some kind of smoke screen saying I am someone else and that I am a scammer, so he won't pay me.

So, I made a very fair offer. I am willing to call the debt even if EGD will donate the debt to a charity such as the Make-A-Wish Foundation. If someone here would like to help me set this up, I would appreciate it. Its not likely to matter anyway, because this guy is a deadbeat. But, just to prove that he is scum, I would like to set this up. I would like someone at the RX or at OGD to act as the middle man in getting this money to the Make-A-Wish foundation.

The ball is in your court now EveryGamblersDream. There is nothing you can say. If I am a scammer, then why am I asking you to send the money to charity? You are a deadbeat loser that has tried to create a witchhunt over at OGD. YOu have tried to ruin my name in an effort to cover your own ass.

I got a feeling EGD will disappear for awhile anway.

No less then 10 people have confirmed who he is, notice how not one person has vouched for the guy.

EGD played through a website and a callcenter. I am not this Jacob guy. This is EGD's smokescreen.

What else can I do? The guy bet, he lost, now he should pay. I am giving him the option to donate the money to the Make-A-Wish foundation, that way he circumvents paying a so-called scammer. But, he wont respond :scared:

in my opinion, PAY THE MAN. you made bets, they lost, uphold the honor. if you won, do you KNOW this guy would not have paid?
