Edmonton vs Los Angeles on 04/21 by Craig_Brown

The Oilers tied the series with a 4-2 win over the Kings and held a 37-24 shot advantage. It was vintage Edmonton after getting upset, 4-3, in overtime in their opening game. Although the Kings have a good offense, scoring 3.3 goals per game, they can’t compete with the No. 1 ranked scoring machine of the Oilers, burying the biscuit over four times per game.

If Edmonton can get on the power play, then things could get out of hand quickly. They have tallied two power-play goals already but the Kings have been fairly disciplined in staying out of the sin bin. I wish we didn’t have to lay as much on the road fave here but I’d rather lay it and cash than get what some might consider perceived value on the home dog and tear up a ticket.
