I downloaded the client and it works fine, but once I close it I can't find it anywhere on my computer. I searched all programs, etc, and nothing. I literally have to go into my Google download history to find the previously-downloaded client.

Agreed sir, but I do not. Not on the task bar, start menu, desktop. Even if I go to All Programs it's not there.
I've re-downloaded the client 3 times and still the same; can't launch the Java program without going to the web (either SO website to re-download or into my download history to go retrieve it).

Real strange shit.
Computer opener is just some sort of computer-generated line using a ton of stats and whatnot. Computer program generates that line but it's not something that you can bet on/against. I'm not sure exactly how the algorithm works. Couldn't tell ya.
As far as openers I have Pinnacle, CRIS, 5Dimes, and BetOnline pinned to the left on my SportsOptions. Odds are one of those 4 will open things up first. You can add and remove openers from different books. Fully customizeable. I think Pinnacle is just the preset when you first install the program.
The newest version of Java which just came out was causing certain computers not to save the icon the last few days. Techs are working on a fix but I have no idea on an ETA. Works fine on 95% of computers but some just won't save the icon since that new Java came out. I'm done in the office for the day but will ask tomorrow if you haven't figured out a solution by then.
Don't know where to leave feedback so I'm posting it here. My issue is with the Pro service.
There will be times when the injury or lineup info they put out is dead wrong.
for example I'll get an alert 5mins till tip and it says Dwight Howard OUT then 3mins AFTER tip I'll get another alert Dwight Howard probable. And what do you know sure enough he's in the starting lineup. Sometimes it'll be an in game injury alert and at half they say the QB is out for the remainder of the game then right after the 2h kickoff what do you know alert the QB is probable to return. Shit happens all the time with all major sports and I've noticed this for the past couple of years. shit pisses me off when i place a wager banking on a key player to be out then find out 3mins later psych he's in.
