Line at 41 right now, but team is really focused, thank God they will have had a couple of weeks to digest the BEATDOWN of Fedora, and nobody to look ahead to, they score 35 in the first half, minimum. Put your seatbelt on, SMU is going for a ride. GLTA

I'm on ECU.

Teams that score, score. They don't stop, its just what they do. They are ranked, and style points matter.

SMU has scored 12 points all year, shut out twice and scored 6 the other 2 games. They have allowed 40+ every game. SMU is a turf team, playing on grass this week.

Its ECU or nothing.

Ya. No one is making a case for SMU because there isn't one.
The only way this doesn't work out is if there are turnovers and 2nd stringers involved.
SMU will no doubt play with more confidence due to the teams they have already faced-but their talent is just so bad.
And I would peg them at putting up at least 10-14 points in this game due to luck or desperation.

total is 61 right now.......so guessing ECU TT would be around 51ish. So 7 TDs and a FG for a win there. This game has like 63-3 or like 66-7 written all over it. This almost seems way too easy which is scary.

1H opened at 27. Seems too easy. Wouldnt be surprised to see 28-7. But also wouldn't be surprised to see 42-0

If each game SMU played was at +41. They'd still only be 1-3 against the spread.

And that one +41 cover was because they threw a Hail Mary on the last play of the game while down 43-0. Against North Texas.

SMU just got past midfield for the first time after their 2nd first down of the day on a 4th down.

Desperate times for the ponies. Converted their consecutive 4th down looking to score and cover the 1H.

3rd converted 4th down. Sniffing a possible 2nd TD on the season...

Walk in TD. No doubt 1H tickets are burning.

Long drive with clock. Not a good recipe for -40+

ECU needs a TD right here.

4-4 on 4th down conversions.
They can't be stopped with their 4th string walk on QB.

Books might clean up on this game if ECU doesn't step up huge in the second half

Yup, SMU can't be a door mat to these large spreads every week. Finally catches up to all the chalk players laying the big 40+ spread. Crazy!!!

Feels like ECU will just be happy to cruise in the 2nd half and secure the win with the spread never in doubt for SMU. If ECU was going to cover they needed to prove it by covering at half. Up only 21 now they are comfortable and we will see the back up scrubs. Love SMU 2nd half here now.
