Schultz got the split but was penalised for backing the CATS otr.

YTD he is now 3-10 ATS

He made it difficult on us this week as he put both games right on the Spread.

CGY 28 BC 31

I guess he is paying closer attention to the spreads.....So lets just say he is backing the home teams! Looks like he'll get another 1-1.

Chris Shultz? Do you hear him? He is so square that to use his selections as a barometer for anything is absurd. He takes a fave 99 out of 100 and the time he doesn't is when it's a quality team as a dog. Puhleeze...

I don't understand why he won't play the spreads in CFL. I guess he must be getting killed a ton, 'cause he plays the spreads in NFL.

I don't really mind the guy, but if we're rating former OL commentators, I'd rather see Chris Walby. That guy was awesome.

We'll give the benefit of the doubt last week 1-1, he had BC winning by 3 and Ed winning by 3. even though the edmonton game ended up closing at -6.

YTD 4-11 record.

This week he picked:

Mont 31-23 over BC - So Home fav and Under

Sask 19-17 over Win - So Road dog and Under

Cgy 33-28 over Ed - So Road Dog and Over (sorry chris opening line was 5.5)

Ham 26-23 over Tor - So Home Fav and Under.

Going to have revisit my leans - as i was liking mont, winn under, Cgy and Tor. :missingte

it looks like some of this thread has gone missing from the forum isssues.

I can tell you aour hero went 1-3 last week, by backing the bluebombers, argos and eskimos. His lone win came with Lions pounding the ticats.

His YTD is now 5-18

This week he likes:


Winn 23 Tor 20 -- Argos are -2.5

Mont 30 Cgy 23 -- Stamps are -2.5

Ham 19 Ed 33 -- eskies are -13

Sask 27 Bc 28 -- BC is -6

you know what to do! and incase you don;t play Tor, Cgy , ham, and BC.

Why does he post ATS in NFL but not CFL?

He actually had a very succesfull and profitable NFL season ATS last year (46-32 ATS I believe) but CFL he does not do well at all.

Schultz is actually very solid in NFL. He went 4-0 ATS last week and was like 46-32 ATS for all of the 07-08 NFL season.

For Week 2 his picks are:

Colts -2

Bills +5.5

Pats +1.5

Eagles +7

i disapgree powerz. i never see his picks up until after the spreads come out. usually when he picks a fav the winning amrgin is usually right at the spread coincidentally enough

Schultz is now 8-0 ATS in the first two weeks of NFL completing his 8th straight winner on the Eagles last night.

Thats a nice run he is on in NFL but weare focused on his CFL plays here.

YTD Now 7-20


This week he likes:

Winn 27 - Ham 19...... Winn is a -2 favorite.

Tor 19 - Cgy 29..... Cgy is a -11.5 favorite - strange that the line did not move one way or another after the QB annoucement.

BC 20 - Sask 26 ...... Sask is a -2 fav.

Ed 30 - Mont 34...... mont is a -3 fav.

was out of town for a couple of weeks and updating this thread dropped on the priority list as internet time was limited. I did keep track however, and schultzie went 4-4 so his record is now 11-24. That is three weeks in a row he has split his plays.

In having a look at what his undoing is on a consistent basis are home favs under 10 points he is 4-8 since week 10 picking for or against them.

This week picks:

BC 30 TOR 10 - BC -9.5

CAL 24 SASK 27 - CGY -4

MON 29 HAM 19 - MON -10

WIN 27 ED 37 - ED -4........so fade this play and take winn +4


Looks like it could be another 2-2 week

FWIW, Shultz is 15-2 thus far in NFL. As I recall he started last season on a similar tear and proceeded to hit approximately 50% the last half of the season.
