Everyone talks about all this team speed, but how come they don't ever seem to go undefeated, EVER?

Not saying they don't win and maybe even cover. Everytime I hear about UF, all I hear is their team speed.

With the exception of Harvin, the rest would need a body bag against Mays, if they got to play SC.

For starters if UF played in the Pac-1 they would go undefeated almost every year. More importantly, you have to stop posting stuff about UF, your ignorance shines through every time. Percy is maybe the 4th or 5th fastest player on OFFENSE. Demps, Rainey, James and Murphy are all faster, a case could be made for deonte thompson being faster as well. It's quite obvious that you haven't watched UF all year, so I can assure you that Mays would have a very tough time catching our track team of players like everyone has all year. Uf would sufficate the Trojan offense and score close to 30 no problem.

It's quite obvious you have an agenda against UF and I've mentioned this several times, you must be an Ohio State fan... GL anyways.

Please enlighten me on the Florida program. Particulary since Demps, Rainey, James and Murphy are not built like Harvin. There is no difference between Trindon Holiday and the rest of the stiffs at Florida (Harvin not included). While they are all very fast, they get tackled like it is flag football.

Also, for all the greatness that is Florida, then why do UF receivers, suck and I mean suck in the NFL?

Ike Hilliard
Reidel Anthony
Jacquez Green
Travis Taylor
Reche Caldwell
Andre Caldwell
Chris Doering
Darrell Jackson

I am sure I have left a few others busts out.

USC would bust Florida in the mouth, similiar to Nebraska. I am sure you remember as Tommy Frazier probably just scored again.

All that so-called talent and they have yet to put up an undefeated season.

Again, let me correct your dumbass. Ike Hilliard and D-Jack were far from busts, yet another ignorant comment. Trindon Holliday is NOTHING and I mean NOTHING like our backs. Demps(leads COUNTRY in yards per carry) and Rainey run inside A LOT and RARELY go down on the first hit and James is one of the most dangerous weapons in the country. USC couldn't score against Zona or Cal, how would they score on UF?

If I were you I would honestly consider not posting anymore, you are totally embarrasing yourself and I'm starting to feel bad for you.

Ike Hillard, 7th overall pick 0 Pro Bowls and you think this guy wasn' t a bust, no wonder you think UF is the greatest team ever.

You are the fucking idiot that can't explain losing to Ole Miss, I guess that track speed couldn't couldn't get it done or that vaunted D.

Funny you should mention the Nebraska game. I was at that game and guess who coached Florida? Spurrier. To this day I am still cursing his coaching from that game, sitting back on defense instead of having 8 men in the box allowed Frazier to run wild. On offense he refused to keep a rb in the backfield to pick up the numerous blitzes.

The ole ball coach comes back to Florida this weekend.

Pro bowls are subjective. Hilliard has been a starter his whole career and has been reliable anywhere he has been. Has around 70+ catches every year, bust not found.

UF lost to Ole Miss by 1 point. We fumbled twice on our first 2 possessions of the 2nd half and then top it off with a bloced PAT. UF was up 17-7 at half and handed the game away. Like Box says, nobody has lined up and beat UF for 4 quarters, hasn't occured.
Plus after that game UF has been nothing short of unstoppable, sometimes teams need a wake up call. Well, it worked and we're kicking everyone's ass, debate that bitch!

When we win the NC I'll find this thread again. I'm guessing you'll dissapear much like the Daddy Dank's of the world.

Chris Culliver is suspended for this game so keep that in mind.

Im not impressed with the Cocks pass defense or anything they do on offense. They are terrible at rushing the football.

Really? Why is that?
(NCAA Rank)
Passing D- 4
Passing Eff. D- 12
Rushing D- 11
Scoring D- 10
Total D- 3

Now I realize you were talking specifically about their pass D & I included Rushing D, but those numbers don't really look like a team that is suffering anywhere on the defensive side of the ball. Their offense . . . meh. That's another story. So with that said, I think this game won't be all too close. The Gamecocks have a penchant for turning the ball over, and Florida has a penchant for cashing in on turnovers. I think the Gamecock D will play valiantly for about 2 quarters, then get hung out to dry by their teammates on the other side of the ball. 35-13 Gators.

They haven't played one team other than Ole Miss & UGA that can throw the ball (and they lay a huge egg against the Cocks every year). NcSt, Wofford, UAB, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Arkansas? Hardly murderers row on offense.

They remind me of Vandy and UK - neither had allowed over 24pts before UF and both got their chestnuts roasted. I can see something along the lines of 41-13.

With all due respect, you are one dumb (and biased) son of a bitch.

Looks like I, too, was right . . . at least partially. Didn't really think the Gamecocks would duct tape a semi-automatic to the top of their cleats, allowing the Gators to score 21 points in under 3 minutes. Poor, poor performance for SoCar, which was only amplified by a team that is on a mission. Florida looks unreal.
