I don't get this guy, he gets 2 runs in, has a man on 2nd and instead of taking out Mike Leake who was 92 pitches in with 6 earned runs he keeps him in. OK fine, but then he brings in a reliever to start off the next inning anyway. WHy the fuck would you do that but have Leake hit?

'Cuz Leake is a better hitter than anything they have coming off the bench... Well, Rolen didn't start tonight, suspect they were saving him for late-inning duty if needed... Reds' bench is generally gawd-awful...
