he's a math teacher that had an article written about him in the Wall Street Journal and did an interview on ESPN.. he has almost a cult following and has done very well.
I'm not sure where he puts his picks up.. but linesmakers took notice and are weary of what plays he is on and have been known to subscribe to his picks and move the line accordingly

He is a tout with a documented winning record over 19 yrs. He lost in football last yr. He is off to a good start this yr. When you pay for his picks you get them when he releases them. the lines usually move about two points so you get good value when he is cold if you fade him. If he is hot you can watch the lines and see if they come back down or you can buy points. Either way there are many free writeups on his site that may help your capping.
