As already stated by several above the "girlfriend" didn't lose the purse. Funny how she stuffs a large wad of $ in it, goes to the bathroom, then suddenly its gone.

Dump that bitch! A guy with his net worth could do much better anyway.

Right she dissapears with the money she was so worried he would lose, then manages to lose it herself. Most likely she made a bee-line to Western Union, and sent it to someone back in Texas (maybe her real boyfirend). The chick fat or not, is on the scam. Honey my $1000 purse is lost, oh yeah and your 25K - NOT.

With his fortune, the guy is truly underachieving to be with her.

Interestingly, if he was married it would not be so strange. Single men: WARNING. When you get married they turn into things like that!

Somebody tell me how they supposedly got this high roller's Mandalay credit line and phone number so damn easily? Is there some sort of new gambler database that allows you to pick stuff up that quick? I am guessing one of the hosts knew him from another shop, but that just looked too damn easily. Next thing you know these guys are going to be sitting in front of a computer and treating it like a SQL database. "Zack, find me all men from California coming to town this weekend with six figure line and no tickets to the fight lined up".

As for how bad the show is, if you guys saw "Lucky" you wouldn't be saying this was the worst show around. Lucky redefined gaming myth and stupidity to the point I had to turn it off. I couldn't take it anymore when the guy had 4 Kings and could have made a couple hundred thousand but folded to go chase a con artist ho. That plot ought to say it all...

I love the fact that you have here two guys who aren't part of the corporate mentality of you are "nothing but a player card number to us" and are hands on for almost every aspect of the casino.

These guys have a cool story, a story that most of us can only dream about. Two college buddies that turn into dot-com millionaires then parlay it into a casino empire of their own.

These guys (Tim Poster and Tom Breitling) are the same guys that are going out of there way to give you guys free rooms for the Vegas bash. YES THEY PERSONALLY KNOW OF YOU GUYS FROM THE RX. You guys who for the most part are pretty sharp so therefore are worth ZERO to the Golden Nugget continue to bash the show and the owners week after week.

I myself love the stuff involving the real gamblers on the casino floor. It's not often you can watch guys playing for hundreds of thousands of dollars and see what goes on behind the scenes when they win or lose.

I actually have enjoyed the 1st two episodes, though I didn't care for the swingers or transvestite storylines.

Really enjoyed the part of how Agassi wants in this time, after passing on their travel venture when offered in, on their 1st fortune.

Love the old-school angle they aim for, from the pimp Cads to the old-standards primmadonna singer(I need his CD)..it's definitely better than most non-cable fare.

They seem like good guys, and if a philanthropist like Agassi likes them, they must be genuine people?

I've seen 2 for 2, and they will be in my Monday viewings, until MNF supercedes them.

It's certainly better than NBC's Las Vegas..I've never seen a Surveillance/Security Director with such a wine collection, lavish environs, so much down time, and broad free-ranging powers.

If they really wanted to make the show good it would have to go on HBO or pay channels. Then it would be worth watching

I enjoy the show. I think, for the most part, it's real. It's definitely staged sometimes. 3 times in particular last night. When the guy went to security and asked them to keep an eye out for the purse. Then he audibles at the line of scrimmage and says "Oh, no, he's playing again? That guy is unbelieveable." I thought I was watching that movie Blue Chips with Jim Boeheim trying to act again. Also, when the security guy called down to the pits...I think he almost forgot his lines. And when the executive assistant kid with the dog poop scooper called home. It was like he was reading a letter and couldn't read very well.

as far as the girl goes purse issue aside, she is definatly attractive and seems to be a good companion for that guy. .i mean i know hes got big bucks, but you dont want a chic thats too too hot, shed cheat on him like crazy. . .i mean its not like the guy is ben affleck or anything.

You must be smoking something. Nbc's Las Vegas is in a league of it's own compared to "the casino" It is obvious that Mark Burnett knows nothing about gaming, nor the lifestyle.

Too bad, I really like the owners, they seem like real down to earth people. It just sucks for them that they got stuck with a producer who knows nothing about gambling.
