I actually believe there may be some underlying issues
Big anti-trust cases are usually reserved for monopolies and anti-competitive practices. Amazon isn't even close to the biggest retailer yet in sales volume. This is 1 of the 5-10 most covered, scrutinized and analyzed companies in the world. If large aspects of their business were deemed anti-competitive, it would be in the news, especially nowadays. There is a reason nobody is saying "Oh that Donald Trump, he has a point regarding Amazon." He also said they dodged taxes, which is completely baseless.
In modern times, anti-trust mostly a waste of time in US anyway. This isn't the age of the robber barons. And Bezos is a visionary and a genius to boot.
