Doing bookkeeping for bets and statistics

Hey guys:

Do all of you keep spreadsheets with all your bets for all the books? Or do you just trust the books bookkeping. If you do keep records, does it take a fair amount of time to record bets and statistics?

You definitely should keep a spreadsheet. I have 2 books that I bet with, so the bets for each book must be kept separately, each bet must be recorded each week, and the totals for each week must be carried forward to next week. A good spreadsheet does all that.
