The Costa Rican authorities searched for human remains in the area of Bebedero, Escazu, after a dog was seen by several neighbors carrying a human arm in his snout, 400 meters west from the local Catholic Church.
When the authorities arrived, they did not find the dog but after searching they found the human arm abandoned in an shrub-land. With the help of the K9 unit they were then able to locate a human torso, apparently female, close to where the torso was found they also located the legs.
At this time the police have still to find one arm and the head.
