With the legal books in my state limiting me to $5 bets and I will be traveling to Florida for a few months I was wondering if anyone knows the actual laws pertaining to using offshore sportsbooks from the USA. From what I have been able to ascertain, it is legal to bet into offshore books from the USA. The problem is depositing and withdrawing money legally. I have spoken to a couple lawyers who have not been able to give me clear answers. I believe it is actually legal to travel to the countries and deposit money in person then travel back to the US and bet into them. Can anyone corroborate this? Is there another legal way to deposit and withdraw or is this all actually illegal?
