I guess it’s up to the states and how ready they are. Some like Indiana and Mississippi can be up and running fast from the technical end.

Indian casinos are allowed to offer any type of casino gambling offered anywhere in a particular state.

This would also be part of any new compact in a state.

Nothing will just get rolled out. Dice is legal in the US, but isn't offered at Indian casinos where it is not state sponsored.

According to what I've read over the last many months leading up to this, is that opinions vary per tribe & state.

There have been debates about control.

I'm hearing Indian Casinos as well for the state of Florida.

I have a few friends who work the for Seminole Tribe. They tell me that they are the greatest people to work for but you have to do EVERYTHING 100% their way

The Indian casinos in CT want to offer Sports gambling and thought it was apart of their current deal. But CT says No
Mohegan sun and Foxwoods will have to make a new deal if they want to take wagers
