Hate bailouts but love illegals...mass immigration and foreign aid. That is why it is so hard to support these retards on anything even if something makes sense. You can't focus on America and everyone else too

I'm with you. I can appreciate being pissed off about bailouts for billionaires, businesses, banks, stock buybacks, people who don't pay their credit cards and mortgages, etc. Once they start drifting into all white people are racists, open borders, health care is a right, and other crap I drift away from their message.

If Mobbie doesn't pay his rent because he's sick of paying for shit - then the owner does not have money to pay the mortgage - then the bank has to take the property - if this occurs often enough the real estate market collapses - the banks collapse because they are stuck with the property or non-paying loans (we just saw this happen)

If Vitterd doesn't pay his rent because he's sick of paying for shit
- then owner does not pay the property taxes - then when Vitterd smokes crack, catches the house on fire and calls 911 - no one answers at 911 because no one is there

If Mango doesn't pay rent because he's sick of paying for shit - when he calls the owner to fix things - nothing gets fixed - and Mango lives in a shit hole, crime infested neighborhood where no normal person would ever want to live

I could go on - but there narrative is simple - in life - u can make excuses - or u can make results - but u can't make both

Seymour...in all of those cases the answer would be the simple trade of sex for rent. For a couple of those guys, the tenant would probably bump up the $$ to get the chance to smoke his landlord's cigar...part of the victim mentality.

Poor people probably have more money than ever

1) government checks never stopped
2) rental assistance never stopped
3) those that lost their jobs are making more money on unemployment
4) they receive $ 1,200 per adult plus $ 500 per child stimulus, families (households) getting $ 4,000 to $ 5,000 is probably the norm

just another victim card being played by professional victims

I will concede that drug dealers might be hurting

After watching Live PD the other day and hearing a guy say he got his stimulus check and was getting what he needed to party for the weekend, I seriously doubt drug dealers are suffering (except maybe on supply).

Give a bunch of financially UNresponsible addicts money....they aren’t paying down their stolen credit cards....

addicts? no changes, they'll rob people to support their addiction

it's the more casual user that I expect to cut back

haha, yes, we all need a little social distancing at home, especially if you let your wife work with you

I gave away my safe space :)

This is a great point. Poor people are doing better than ever, and rich people are doing better than ever. Despite what the Liberals try to say about the government needing to save the economy, the economy is doing better than ever.

Freeloaders are gonna freeload.

As a landlord, if my tenant stopped paying rent I'd move immediately to evict his ass, especially if he had a job/income. I'd "work with" him, but I still have a mortgage to pay. This is so stupid and selfish....but very typically liberal.

The poorer people are the only demographic that are actually doing better, or at worst no worse

The richest probably aren't doing better, it just don't really matter to them since they're recession proof

Middle america, at least those that have lost their jobs, are doing worse. Unemployment will be much less than their weekly salary.

Please don't be pretentious with me

idk why mortgage lenders can't just hold out for a few months *shrug*

lord knows how many millennials are over-leveraged on their "passive income" real estate businesses
