feel free to pm me or post yourself if you would like someone included. You need to have some sort of proof even if it is circumstantial. They can be present or past stiffs and slowpays.

Nah not really. These posters all stole or almost stole from other posters which is the point of this list.

well that is where it gets tough. If someone tells you they will settle next week and it takes a month then that would meet the minimum qualification. If someone goes on a payment plan because they dont have the dough then that qualifies easily.

If someone claims they forgot about the debt then that also qualifies.


I would define slow pay as taking at least 3 times longer to pay than expected or agreed upon.

I agree with that. If both parties keep the contact open because of unforseen circumstances, then I would not classify it a slowpay.
