Although Harrington enjoys being nude in public, she has gotten into well-documented legal troubles for it in her hometown of Lincoln. On December 30, 2006 Harrington was arrested at a local Lincoln bar for being naked from the waist up in the bar. Harrington felt she was not doing anything wrong. Three months later she was ticketed again by police after serving as emcee to a "Wet T-Shirt Contest" in her neighborhood and exposing her painted breasts in public. Harrington was fined $155 for the first incident and she challenged her second arrest in court.
