Do you give a courtesy flush in a public restroom?

OK, so I go in to the restroom here at work and some guy is sitting on the shitter. I hear this flush as I'm taking a leak. The guy is still in there for the duration of my leak. He was kind enough to give me a courtesy flush.

Personally, I don't give courtesy flushes. I figure the cat is out of the bag already and any anal vapors have escaped the bowl. Any smell coming out of the contents of the bowl come out within the first few seconds.

I would never take a shit in a public bathroom. It would be more sanitary to shit your pants. I don't even flush when I take a piss in a public restroom. I won't touch that handle. Or the door handle. Or public railings for that matter. Too many sick fucks that will take a shit, or do something else disgusting, and won't wash their hands.
