If "business" gets done in almost any multi billion dollar corporation, banks, oil companies etc, why does anyone think it doesn't happen in sports?

There are probably fixed games out there:
F.e. Morgan State fouling 3 times within the last 22 seconds when they were down by 26 versus Oklahoma to push the total right above the line of 135.5 seemed a bit odd.
But on the other hand totals would be the easiest way to manipulate a basketball game since refs can just call every BS-foul and slow down the clock and hand out easy FTs.
But if it all was fixed and with that in mind, why would books cut down the accepted amounts on totals in comparison to spreads and why would they have such a hard time especially with NCAAB totals?

Hahah........yep........WAY more than odd.

I didn't catch that one, but if that's how it went down at the end, no doubt that one was a fix.

The thing is, in cases like this, we don't know if it's the players, or the coaches who are involved who are telling them to foul......

This is the espn play-by-play. If it was fixed, TJ Franklin certainly wasn't aware of anything :

Soccer is also fixed: There are some leagues in Europe (f.e. Bosnia), where at least 50% of the games are predetermined.
You will hardly find leagues with a larger homefield advantage than in some soccer leagues in that area...

Hometeams so far this season:
99 Wins
32 Draws
13 Losses

If you believe the games are fixed then do the following:

Ask your fellow betting degenerate what he's betting, and go against him.

Are pro sports fixed? ,yes namely nba. Not neccesarily for gamblers. But to make sure non company men like Ron Artest dont win. The Lakers get every postseason call the last 9 years, these refs are pimped out and carefully chosen, they all tow company line. There is a reason you see 30 and 40 year tenures, its not because these refs are talented, its because they tow the company line, what is that company line? To make sure the popular teams and or players are still playing in June. See Video evidence on youtube Sac-Laker game 6 in 2002. See Yaos 2nd foul in game 1.

Anyone that actually doesnt believe many pro sports events are fixed, should read the book from the below link.

gtc08, I really think you should read this book, since ive seen you often in the threads discussing whether or not games are fixed.
