Jimmy G done for the year…that is a big ask for a rookie with a team with Super Bowl hopes…may not have many options…I can’t think of any recently retired QB’s that could help?…I think the Phillip Rivers window has closed!!

Too late in the season to get a new guy imo
Just gotta hope like Foles with Philly
I think Philly was just a special team similar to the Giants with Hostetler
Hostetler was there a while though

Not many options. The defense is good enough and the running game is good. Like my old girlfriend used to tell me “it ain’t big but it shore is purdy”. Roll with it

Foles, brisett , or tribusky will ne heading to San Fran this week
Would you really choose any of those over Purdy who has been there learning?
Notlike they are a top QB even worth the risk
I wouldn't take either of those guys over Purdy
But maybe they need a QB anyways with 2 guys down

Understand but SF is a legit Super Bowl contender, get a vet here asap to learn the system and be ready.

Purdy is an unknown.

Need insurance in this situation.

Agree, that’s what I was thinking…Purdy gets the first shot, but is there a vet that can come in and be ready in January if needed?

I know I'm biased and most people hate Trubisky, but I think he'd do well there having some decent weapons for once. Add some QB mobility to an already good offense and it could really take off.

Dallas or Philly Vs KC Super Bowl. Can’t beat around the bush. Purdy sure a rook can take them to the Super Bowl

Agree.
With the Bears he had a shit OL and weak receivers, he was foolish and ran too much and had shoulder dings all the time.
With Pittsburg, same thing with a bad OL though middle of the season they have jelled and Pickett is their future.
I would like to see him play for SF with all those weapons and a solid OL and a good defense to get him the ball.
