I've said this before but I guess I'll have to say it again: all of you who insist that being gay is a choice have to logically presume that it's a choice for all people which means it's a choice you could make or might still make. In other words, if you believe that being gay is a choice then you have to believe that being straight is a choice which, in turn, means you have to be ready to "turn" gay at any moment yourself. Perhaps you're just waiting for the right guy to come along. I dunno. But I do know that if being gay is a choice than being straight is a choice and, inasmuch as you made your choice you could still go the other way. It must be a real struggle for you. But keep on keeping on and who knows, maybe that right guy will come along and you can choose to ride off with him into the sunset. Cause it's a choice. Right?

And to the dude who thinks being a psychology major qualifies him for anything other than pouring coffee, well, it's going to be a difficult life, son.

now are happily heterosexually married are a figment of my imagination

Gay men (and women) have for centuries put on any number of public facades to help them dodge or overcome undue social discrimination and/or abuse.

Getting married to a female in the 21st century USA carries a number of social and legal advantages for a homosexual male. It's therefore little wonder that there will be an occasional gay man who will take on the facade of being a "happy heterosexual".
