The lines are determined by the starters. I rarely make a play because starter X is pitching. I played Philadelphia +108 tonight. Look at those 2 starting pitchers, and tell me who is the better pitcher??

I make plays according to lines and situations. If the best pitcher won every time we would all be rich.

And PRICES are set by starters, bullpens, line-ups, weather, and whatever. Oddsmaker don't set their baseball process base on ant two guys.
