Dick Cheney , is he the least visible Vice President you`ve ever seen?

I know he`s been in and out of the hospital but IMO he is the least visible Vice President I have ever seen....

Perhaps its part of the new security procedure ( I doubt it though) to have the Vice Prez lay low....anyone else notice this? or have a theory on why this is?

Give the corrupt genocidal fuk some credit - he was instrumental in convincing Japan to re-enstate an active military for the first time since WWII (despite overwhelming opposition from the Japanese citizens).

We all remember how much better the world was last time they had an active military presence.

He doesn't want it to become obvious that he makes all the decisions. It's especially wise of him now that GWB is under so much criticism.

He may be the least seen but he`s w/o a doubt the most inflential one in the last 50 yrs. Like carbon monoxide you don`t know it`s there until it kills you!
