I desperately need help fighting to get my money back from Kineko.com. I’ve been with Kineko.com since December 2022, mainly betting on sports and major European football leagues. Everything was fine until May 2023 when I tried to withdraw a large part of my $250,000 balance. Since then, they’ve made endless excuses and have not processed my withdrawals.
First, they blamed their data provider and said it would take 4-6 weeks to resolve. After much back-and-forth, they agreed to a payment plan in July to process $10,000 every week. This was adhered to for two weeks before they missed payments and promised $20,000, which never happened.
In September, they reached out for an amicable solution due to issues with their data provider and proposed a new monthly payment plan of $10,000. I agreed, but after one payment in November, they stopped responding and have not processed any more payments.
I have been more than patient, but Kineko has breached every agreement and ignored my attempts at communication. They are currently running an NFT project, and I fear others may fall victim to their scams.
Can anyone advise on how I can get my money back from these scammers? I have all the proof of their agreements and missed payments. I’m frustrated and desperate for help. Please, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
