I am at a loss so i need help. I am living in Malaysia and want to bet online. THe problem is most of the sites are offshore. So i have to send fund by telegraphic transfer which is the only option offered by the banks here. Is telegraphic transfer similar as bank wire or are they different?.If yes which sites do receive deposits by telegraphic transfer? Best if it is MYR currency but USD will do. Please advice.
