<<just got off live chat and they imformed me i do not qualify. they told me i created a account about 2 years ago but never made a deposit. isnt the point of a promo to get new coustomers to your site? needless to say i guess i will never be making a deposit there. with no incentive they give me no reason to stop playing at the greek and use them.

I signed up with SportsInteration and took the $116/$116 promo on 9/21/09. I wagered and won a few bets and they locked me out of my account. When I called back and spoke to Security they asked me to forward documentation to verify my identity including drivers license etc. I sent the information more than two weeks ago and even called to verify that they had received the information requested. Since then I've called back several times to inquire about the issue and their customer service ppl keep telling me that they are backed up with their "ACCOUNT REGISTRATION/VALIDATION". It's been like 20 days now and I still do not have access to my account. PLEASE HELP!!!

I realized I didn't save a local copy of the rollover requirements and any other details of the SIA promotion. The link in the first post is no longer working (since the promotion is closed).
I noticed the rules and rollover requirements was not pasted into a post in this thread (which should be a good idea to do). Now, I can't recall the rollover requirements... think it was 10x for this one?
I am sure I'm not the only one who needs to know the rollover requirements in this thread. While I could ask SIA, but I wanted to make sure that their clerks do have access to this expired promotion's details. This is important since some of the clerks didn't know about this promotion when it was still running. So I'm asking here first to see what we believe the rollover requirements are on our side.
