I got this email 2 years ago and was curious if I was banned for life or is there any chance of me being reinstated? Loved playing there. I guess you can see that since I got banned.

Just registered through the banner link and deposited $300. Unfortunately, they only credited me with a $45 bonus, as I only have $345 credited to my account at this point. I called customer service and the agent did seem to confirm that I should have received the $116 bonus and told me to call between 10 AM - 4 PM tomorrow when they have access to account balances. I am a first time user at this site. It should be taken care of. Thanks for the heads up on the promotion!

I wonder (guessing) if they set up the software to only give the $116 bonus on deposits of EXACTLY $116. It seems you were given the standard bonus that SIA has going on for re-loads at this time.
