What am I missing here? This seems like 3.5 too many points? Denver to rest players or something? I bought to +7 but really want to pound this. Also, Wash\Philly 40? Hit the over now hard, imo, 55 plus in this one.
Islander: I think the books are figuring that Philly will shut down Washington and that Washington would only score 7-10 points. Philly would need 31 to go over.
What I can't understand is how they could make Philly only a 6.5 favorite. I would have made them 7.5 to 10 point favorites.

Possibly, but imo, there is no way Philly shuts down anyone including Wash. Defense (d line more so than anything) has been decimated since preseason and they just lost Emmons leading tackler with 119 Sunday. Offense quite a different story as they have been absolutely great last 8 weeks or so. Throw out TB and NE 0 and 10 points for Philly (good D's) and they are averaging 26 a game for season and way more than that last 5 or 6. For Wash, throw out 0 and 7 against Dallas and Buffalo and they are at 21 a game for season, maybe a little lower in last 5 or 6. Kinda half assed way to look at it, but it's my analysis so I can do it! Mid 50's in this one.
Agree with you on -6.5 and hit that early though lightly as I may get off this at +7.5 if it gets there (if it does not, I will leave -6.5), except the over which I played large. Also played small Pitts +7.5, Dallas -2, Jax +3.5 (buy), Den +7 (buy). Good Luck.

Islander - I agree. Philly is not as good as their record. However, Washington can't run the ball like SF can. Even with that said, I have to lean to Washington.
Regarding Denver/GB, GB off a Monday night very emotional game. Denver, who is going to play who is not. To early to call this game yet. We'll see who plays later in the week.

Agreed on Wash run O, the big play for me is over. Philly D is simply crap overall basically. Public will take Philly to 7 though easy and maybe above which will allow me to get off it. I also agree with you on Denver being to early to call and I made a mistake playing this, cause Hawks are going to lose in SF SU I am affraid and put GB in playoffs and no one will play in this game after Q1 probably for either side. Dumb ass mistake and I'm very glad now I played it small.
