Anyone w ideas please share -

A 100k mortgage is about 350-400 a month for 30 years.

Throw in taxes and insurance - about $600 a month.

Anyone ever have to go through this?
Please share your experience - TIA

Work with your lender make interest payments see if they can put you in touch with agency to help. Keep communication open with lender!

Gasman is not really seeking advice, he's mocking others

Gas, there's only one significant problem with your presentation. The interest rate you're using assumes a very good credit rating. If somebody never pays his bills, that person does not qualify for the best interest rates. Probably blames his self inflicted wounds on racism.

For my first home, i financed somewhere in that amount.

Dang i miss that low payment.

Throw in Property Taxes & Insurance in escrow and HOA (hoa is seperate) and we're looking over a grand a month (but i understand where you are coming from and why you posted this)

Weird thing is that HOA will come after you WAY WORSE than the bank if you default

Think it was just a few years ago...a part of one of his public lawsuits he lost. Claimed the lending company was racist or something.

Fascinating perspective these liberal loser racists. Everyone else's fault.
