I'll tell you what, I don't know if working people were like this back in the day cause I never think it would have been built to be the country it is today (or was).
Here are ten reasons why U.S.A is going down the shitter and it's not cause the government.
1. Leadership - Bosses now days don't have any backbone to tell people what jobs to do and do it right cause there scared of getting a greavence filed against them. Also they are usally the stupid fucks that couldn't do the grunt work so they made them bosses (makes sense doesn't it) .
2. Zero team work- Nobody wants to work together cause they are so fucking insecure about them selfs so they don't want anyone else knowing how to do there job.
3. Lawsuits- When did it become a crime to fire anybody if you can't do your job or your a fucking idiot you should be fired .
4. Zero pride- Nobody gives a fuck about the final result as long as the job gets done . I don't know about you but when I finish a job I want it to look the best possible and if it isn't I get pissed at myself.
5. No organization- Everyone seems to think that there fucking mom is going to come behind them and put there shit away and clean there mess. If you put shit back were it belongs it makes it easier to do the job the next time.
6. Laziness- DO YOUR FUCKING JOB!!!!! it's not alright to sit on your ass and wait for other people to start working or make a 15 minute break into a 45 minute break.
7. Zero competition- now i'm not talking about being an asshole like #2 but man doesn't feel good when you do your job better and faster and all the other fucks at work.
8. Tardiness- how hard is it to get your fat ass out of bed 4-5 days a week and get to work on time .
9. Unions- I know this is a touchy subject but come on they are not what they were 20 -30 years ago they were made to protect people getting over worked and under paid . not to protect some lazy fuck just cause he pays his union dues.
10. BITCHING- The biggest reason in my opinion. quit your fucking bitching your getting paid to do a job fucking DO IT if you don't like it fucking quit. There are millions of people out there looking for jobs, quit your job see how fast it gets filled YOU ARE REPLACABLE.
