Notice how cops always shoot to kill? You'd think that with their "training" they could immobilise a target first and only shoot to kill after if it wasn't effective. Or maybe they could have taken him down with bean bags or rubber bullets?

Speaking of shootots...I was just watching that documentary on the 97 North Hollywood Shootout on NGEO the other night...That was insane that those 2 guys unloaded over a 1,000 rounds of ammo at the cops...:machinegu ....AK-47 and AR-15 spittin these bullets that penetrated armor...It`s hard to beleive the 2 shooters were the only ones to die?
