The most prominent stars and highest-ranking executives at Fox News privately ridiculed claims of election fraud in the 2020 election, despite the right-wing channel allowing lies about the presidential contest to be promoted on its air, damning messages contained in a court filing revealed. The messages, included in a legal filing as part of Dominion Voting System’s $1.6 billion lawsuit against Fox News, showed that Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity, and Laura Ingraham brutally mocked lies being pushed by former President Donald Trump’s camp asserting that the election was rigged. #CNN #News

Yup. As I've mentioned before, Looney Patooty Always-Drunken-Rudy Guliani, while he was in the midst of losing 70 straight bullshit "voter fraud" lawsuits, said, in a RARE moment of honesty: "Oh, we have LOTS of theories, what we DON'T have is actual EVIDENCE," LOL. And, in a series of events that are NOT unrelated to that comment, let us not forget that he:

1) had his license to practice law suspended in New York, his home state and current state of residence.

2) had his license to practice law suspended in Washington D.C., our nation's capital.

3) Was not exactly held in high esteem by the Faux News nitwits who nevertheless allowed him come on their scumbag network and spout his lies.

4) Is one of the numerous traitors who desperately tried to fight being forced to testify in front of the Georgia Special Grand Jury. He initially said he couldn't fly (despite having flown round trip to Europe shortly before), and had health problems. The judge said, I don't care if you have to take an Uber or a bus, get your ass down to Georgia! He reluctantly complied (as did fellow scumbags Michael Flynn and 'Lil Lindsey Graham, plus some scumbag lawyers of Dump), and now, we learn that that SAME GA SPC had "concerns" that some of the witnesses had lied, and should be indicted because of that. Whaddya think the odds are that one or more of those turds are the ones the SPC had concerns about? :ROFLMAO: :hung: :ROFLMAO: :crossfing:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::highfive:

Emails between Fox News hosts expose Fox's intentional election fraud lies. What happens now?

7,772 views Feb 19, 2023 #TeamJustice
As The New York Times reported, "Fox stars privately expressed disbelief about election fraud claims. 'Crazy stuff.'" Dominion Voting Systems is suing Fox for defamation, seeking $1.7 billion in damages. In a court pleading, Dominion just revealed some truly blockbuster evidence involving Fox hosts knowingly broadcasting false claims about the 2020 presidential election. This video discusses these recent reports and also tackles the question of what the federal government can and should do when faux news agencies knowingly and intentionally broadcast false information that is reasonably likely to incite imminent lawless/violent conduct. A big shout out of thanks to Professor Lester Reams and JaMel for their terrific assistance in the RLL project - "Regulate/Legislate/Litigate" - which is discussed in this video.

Fox News Is Absolutely Screwed After Internal Documents Reveal Their Corruption

37,213 views Feb 20, 2023
Fox News is desperately trying to fight off two defamation lawsuits that could cost the company more than $3 billion, and things are going from bad to worse for the company. In a major legal filing last week, Dominion Voting Systems revealed internal communications from the network showing that their own hosts and producers KNEW the election lies they were spreading were completely false, but they went ahead with it anyway. This could be the final nail in the coffin, as Farron Cousins explains.

*This transcript was auto-generated. Please excuse any typos. Last week, dominion Voting Systems filed a 200 page report with the court as part of the ongoing defamation lawsuit that they have filed against Fox News. Fox News is facing, I think, what, 1.6 or 1.3 from Dominion. They also have a 1.7 billion lawsuit from Smart Matic. So you put 'em both together. We're talking about 3 billion worth of lawsuits that Fox News is facing for helping push election lies. And in that 200 page filing last week, dominion listed text messages, emails, other documents, depositions, testimony from producers and hosts at Fox News. And what we found is absolutely devastating for Fox. Devastating to the point where after reading these messages sent between the hosts, the producers, all of it, I don't think Fox News has any chance at all to win this lawsuit. Like I, again, I'm not a lawyer, but I've been in the legal field for almost two decades now, and I'm looking at this and I don't see how Fox News wins. So let me read you a few of the things that the folks at Fox News had to say. Um, well first of all, you had one producer by the name of Tommy Firth, um, who was Laura Ingram's producer. He said, quote, this Dominion sh is going to give me an effing aneurysm as many times have. I told Laura it's bs. She sees sh posters and Trump tweeting about it. So there's one producer that says, we know it's fake. I have told the host that this is BS and she insists on running with it. Anyway, that is pivotal to Dominion's case. And of course there's more. Um, Dana Perino and Anchor on the network, um, said the allegations of voter fraud against Dominion were total bs. They were insane. They're nonsense. Um, Fox News personnel was raising red flags internally about their own colleagues. Um, Brett Bayer pleaded to a network executive saying quote, we have to prevent this stuff. We need to fact check. So you have these hosts, you have these producers, you have the executives. Cuz we've already, you know, Dominion's already made a filing with the emails and memos from the c e O of Fox News. Um, they all say the same thing. Like, we know this is not real. We know this is not true. We can't say it. We've gotta stop the crazies from taking over the CEO of Fox News said in one of these documents. So how does Fox News fight that? Well, Fox News did come out and they issued a statement after all of this came out and They said, quote, uh, there will be a lot of noise and confusion generated by Dominion and their opportunistic private equity owners. But the core of this case remains about freedom of the press and freedom of speech. A lot of noise. Yeah. The noise is your own saying that you are pushing BS and you know you're pushing bs, which is the thing that Dominion has to prove in order to win the case. They have to prove not just that you lied, but that you lied intentionally, that you knew what you were saying wasn't true, that you knew what the guests on your network were saying wasn't true. And honest to God, based on these, uh, communications, based on the text messages, the emails, Dominion's already proved it. Like there's not even a need really to go to trial right now. Fox News, what you need to be doing, instead of writing idiotic statements like we've got freedom of press. Yeah, you need to have your lawyers in a room with executives from Fox News writing numbers down on a piece of paper until y'all can come to an acceptable one that you're willing to pay Dominion to make this go away right now because this will continue to get worse for you. Yes, your network will survive this even if you get hit for the full 3 billion. I know you're not worried about that. The damage to your reputation is gonna be bad. You're gonna lose some viewers over it, but probably not enough to make a dent. The only thing you have to lose really, is money. So again, get in a room, close the doors, start writing down numbers until everybody agrees. Send it over to Dominion and go from there because you will not win this lawsuit. Dominion, their lawyers did a hell of a job on your people and you're pretty much screwed at this point.

Lol, LOVE the way this old prick is throwing his flunky bitches under the bus, while trying to pretend that Faux News is as PURE as the driven snow:

Rupert Murdoch said Sean Hannity was 'privately disgusted' by Donald Trump for weeks after the election: court filing

Cheryl Teh
Mon, February 27, 2023 at 10:51 PM PST·3 min read

In this article:

  • Rupert Murdoch said in a January 2021 email to Paul Ryan that Sean Hannity was "disgusted" by Trump.
  • Murdoch added in his email that Hannity was "scared to lose viewers" despite his distaste for Trump.
  • Murdoch said to Ryan that Hannity also needed a "wake-up call" after the Capitol riot.
Rupert Murdoch said in an email that Fox News host Sean Hannity was, in private, "disgusted" by then-President Donald Trump, but was more concerned about keeping viewership up.
Segments of emails Murdoch sent in 2021 were published on Monday in a court filing from Dominion Voting Systems. One of these exchanges was between Murdoch, his son Lachlan Murdoch, the CEO of Fox Corporation, and Paul Ryan, a board member at Fox Corporation, dated January 12, 2021 — six days after the Capitol riot.
In the email exchange, Ryan, a one-time Republican House speaker, told both Murdochs that after the 2020 election, "some high percentage of Americans" thought the election was stolen from Trump because of the right-wing media.
"Thanks Paul. Wake-up call for Hannity, who has been privately disgusted by Trump for weeks, but was scared to lose viewers," Rupert Murdoch wrote in response to Ryan. Hannity anchors one of the most-watched shows on Fox News, just behind "The Five" and "Tucker Carlson Tonight."
In response, Ryan told Murdoch he thought Fox and its hosts should try to "put down the echoes of falsehood from our side."
"I truly hope our contributors, along with Tucker, Laura, and Sean get that and execute," Ryan said, likely referencing Fox News hosts Tucker Carlson, Laura Ingraham, and Hannity.
Murdoch responded that he thought "everyone" was "disgusted" with the falsehoods surrounding voter fraud — particularly after the January 6 riot, per Dominion's court filing.

Dominion's court filings have aired private messages from Fox hosts

Dominion Voting Systems is alleging that Fox defamed it by pushing false claims about the company's role in the 2020 election. Dominion is seeking $1.6 billion in damages.
