Am I crazy to think that the Cowboys have a chance to win the Super Bowl this year? After all, they do have the number 1 ranked defense.
I realize down the stretch they were blown out by Miami and Philly but they were still in that game at half time in Philly. A couple of ill advised throws in that game by Carter is what killed them. I am interested in what people think their chances are.

Of course the Boys have a chance, after all they're in the "tournament". The question is, how good are their chances?

My answer - long shot, but probably better than most think. The biggest problem is scheduling - unless they steal the division from Philly, they'll have to pull off 3 road upsets just to get to the SB, where they would likely again be the dog. Getting that 1st round game at home would help immensely (the Titans took this route in 1999 but still lost the SB).

As for matchups, I like their chances against Philly and the Rams. Philly is still banged up, and the Rams are overrated (but tough to beat at home). Ultimately, I feel Carter's inexperience and the lack of a consistent running game will send them home. Also keep in mind their defense has faced a lot of punchless offenses (Buf, Lions, Gmen, etc). If I was booking futures, I would make them 40-1.

the cowgirls will be lucky to beat the vikings the 1st round - and should they upset the vikes - they will get smoked by the rams the next week.

the dallass cowgirls have NO SHOT at winning the SB - or even making the nfc title game - NONE!
