But, couldn't Tice have challenged that the catch was complete, which would have given Minny the ball at the spot of the catch?
The ever astute FOX crew never mentioned this. They only focussed on why Sherman couldn't challenge, but the reason he couldn't is exactly the reason why Tice should have. A fumble after a whistle can't be reversed, but a pass ruled incomplete CAN be reversed.
