COULD IT HAVE ANYTHING POSSIBLY TO DO WITH THE PATRIOT ACT AND MAYBE THE US GOVERNMENT IS DOING THE HACKING. THE INTERNET IS A MILITARY CREATED PHENOMENON. LAS VEGAS AS WELL IS NOT TOO HAPPY WITH THE OFFSHORE WORLD TAKING THEIR NICHE OF THE MARKET.

A regulated industry like Vegas wouldn't risk it. The government is too focused on how they screwed up Iraq. They certainly wouldn't be asking for $30K ransoms. If that got out, they would lose every case involving offshore and be subject to penalties from the ISP's.
