I'd like to give some insight as to what agents can expect in terms of offsetting the costs of PPH. Please keep in mind these are averages
and/or estimates of the medium increase for agents switching from a pen and pad to PPH, your increase might be different:
1- Casino - You will be able to see between 7-13% increase in revenue from players. This might not sound like much, but depending on volume,
this alone can offset the cost of a PPH service.
2- Horses - Between 3-19% additional revenue.
3- Live Betting - This is especially important if you have a few big bettors; this can increase in season revenue by a factor of 3-6%
4- Lottery, Poker, Office Pools, and Live Casino - These won't boost revenue as much. Some agents see big increases from these (particularly Live Casino) - But in general, they are the exception and not the rule.
With these betting options you should make more than you pay out to the PPH call center.
But there will be other benefits:
1- Spotting Sharps - If you take on new players, I'm you are going to want to spot sharps... we'll help you with our software.
2- Easy accounting - Your players and you will know what is going on since it is all recorded.
3- Easily restrict certain types of bets/games from certain players - As a bookie, some players might be profitable to let them play parleys... other's it is a dangerous game for the bookie. If you are getting players calling in, you will have a hard time remembering very specific adjustments to player limits. Our software handles all that.
4- Allows you to give out 'free' bets, which are tracked separately and can have different restrictions than normal balances.
5- Keep it safe. Yeah, that cell phone you are using... is NOT safe. I mean, did we not learn anything from Snowden? Bottom line: Our phones and servers are offshore. We don't keep any personal information of the bookies. Our connections are encrypted. Our internal messaging system makes it so that bookie/sportsbook communication is done over a line that NEVER hits US servers. Our building, which we built ourselves and is guarded by our own armed security guards, is the digital equivalent of Fort Knox.
What I'd suggest for small bookies looking to go online is to start to move just a few players over. You could move 5 players over, and that way, you aren't risking hardly anything.
Hell, you doesn't even have to pay upfront. We'll give you a week of service to try us out, and if you like it, you can then stay on and if not, we at PricePerHead.eu will wish you the best.
