The Ravens have gone 'under' in 5 of 6 when the 'total' is set at 35.Note: The Ravens have the NFL's weakest passing game averaging just 134.6 YPG....Jim Fassel, ex-Giant coach, is consultant for Ravens, which could give him insight here. Big Blue in freefall, with five losses in row, scoring just 9.3 ppg in last four; in three games with Manning starting, Giants have one TD on 29 drives- they've been outscored 42-6 in first half of those games. Detroit is minus-8 in turnovers last two weeks; they have just four TD's on their last 57 drives. Over is 7-1 in last eight Packer games.

Note: The Vikings are one of the NFL's top passing teams averaging 277.7 YPG. The Seahawks have allowed their L/2 opponents to score and average of 40.5 points....Tough spot for Seahawks, traveling on short week, after late loss Monday night, second time this year they lost home game they led by double digits with under 6:00 to play. Seattle is 1-6 if it allows 23+ points; Vikings average 24 at home. Edge for Seattle is porous Minnesota run defense that allowed 160 rushing yards per game over last six weeks. The Raiders are 1-6 ATS L/7 as a road underdog of between 7.5 to 10 points. The Falcons are 1-5 ATS in all games where the total has been set at between 42.5 and 49 points. Note: The Falcons lead the league in rushing with a 162.7 YPG. Oakland has the NFL's worst run game averaging 71.6 YPG....Oakland lost 35-14 in only previous carpet game this year, at the Colts; they have no sacks in three post-bye games, and allowed 18 TD's on last 53 opponent drives. Atlanta was blanked last week; they're 5-1 at home, with three of the five wins by three or less points (1-4 last five tries as home favorite). Over is 4-1 in last five Raider games, as poor tackling defense has yielded 423 yards per game last three weeks. Chicago @ Jacksonville -7.5 34
These teams spilt the most recent meetings in this series home away both SU/ATS. The last 4 meetings between these teams went 'over' the set 'total'. The Bears are 4-2 ATS overall and 4-2 ATS L/6 on the road. The Jaguars are 7-3 ATS L/10 at home. Chicago has gone 'over' 4 of their L/6 overall but are 4-9 favoring the under L/13 on the road. Jacksonville is 4 of their L/5 and 8 of their L/9 home games. The Bears are 31-17 ATS L/48 non conference games. The Jaguars are 3-0 ATS L/3 where the line has been set a 35. The Bears have the NFL's second worst pass defense averaging 135.5 YPG. ...Chicago has forced 17 turnovers in its five wins (3.4), 8 in their seven losses (1.14); they're 3-3 on road, 4-2 as road dogs. Bear QB Hutchinson gets first road start vs Jaguar squad that lost three games in row and four of last five. Jags have only five TD's on their last 53 drives- in their last two games, on nine drives inside the opponents' 20-yard line, Jags have five FG's and only one TD, which is why they lost two winnable games. Bears have four TD's on their last 52 drives. Under is 5-1 at home with Jags, and unless defense/special teams score points, doubt this game will get over total.

New Orleans @ Dallas -7 48
The Saints are 4-1 ATS L/5 against New Orleans but Dallas is 4-1 ATS L/5 at home in this series. These teams have gone 'under' in 6 of the L/8 overall confrontations. New Orleans has gone 'over' in their L/4 L/5 away. Dallas has gone 'over' in 6 of their L/9 games. The Saints are 8-3 ATS L/11 away games. The Cowboys are 3-6 ATS L/9 overall. Dallas is 5-1 ATS L/6 when they are facing a losing team in the second half of the season and have gone 'under in 11 of 14 when under the same circumstances. The Cowboys are 1-5 ATS against NFC South division opponents. The Saints have the NFL's worst defense allowing 28.7 PPG. ...Dallas defense still shaky (507 allowed Monday, and 14 TD's in last 49 drives), but they're still in contention thanks to wild finish Monday night, while Saints are 2-7 in last nine games, allowing 30 ppg during three-game losing streak. In five games since its bye, NO has allowed 167 rushing yards per game, good news for Dallas team that has 352 rush yards in last two games, behind rookie RB Jones. Over is 4-1 in Saints' road games, with average total of 51.4. Saints are 0-7 if they score less than 27 points, but Dallas has allowed 30+ in three of last four games.

Indianapolis -11 @ Houston 57
The Colts are 5-0 SU and 3-2 ATS L/5 versus the Texans .Three of those confrontations in this series went 'under' the set 'total'. Indianapolis is 4-1 ATS L/5 overall and 4-1 ATS L/5 on the road. Houston is 1-3-1 ATS L/5 games overall and 8-2-1 ATS L/11 home games. The Colts have gone 'over' in 6 of their L/7 games. The Texans have gone 'under' in 5 of their L/7 overall and 'over' in 4 of the L/6 at home. The Colts have gone 'over' in 14 of their L/21 on a grass field. Indianapolis is 5-0 ATS L/5 games after scoring 40 or more points. The Colts are the NFL's highest scoring team averaging 35.9 PPG. ...In first meeting, a 49-14 Colt win four weeks ago, Indy forced four turnovers and scored five TD's on seven drives that started less than 80 yards from Texan end zone- they also sacked Carr five times. Houston lost four of last five games, scoring 14 or less points in the losses; they're 5-2 if they score 20+ points, but improved Colt defense has allowed just one of last four foes to do that. In last two games, Texans allowed five TD's, four on drives of 42 or less yards. Team that led at half lost last three Houston games.

The Steelers are 8-1 ATS L/9 against the NY Jets with the last three meetings in this series going 'under' the set 'total'. The Jets are 10-3-1 ATS L/14 overall and 6-1 ATS L/7 on the road. The Steelers have won 10 straight against the money line and are 8-2 ATS over that span and 4-1 ATS L/5 at home. The Jets have gone 'under 'in 7 of their L/10 games and 'under' in 4 of their L/5 away. The Steelers have gone 'over' in 13 of their L/17 at home. The Jets are 10-3 ATS L/13 after being 3.5 to 7 point favorites. The Jets are 8-17 ATS L/25 against AFC North division opponents. Note: The Jets turn the ball over less than any other team in the NFL at 0.8 PG. The Steelers allow the third fewest points in the league at 15.3 PPG. ...Jets outscored last three foes 43-0 in second half; they've held opponent without a point in six of 12 second halves. Pitt offense struggling of late, with only four TD's on last 28 possessions, but they have won ten games in row, allowing just 10 ppg in last five. Steelers are plus-14 in turnovers in winning streak. Jets are 7-0 when they get two or more takeaways, 2-3 if they don't; their losses are by 6,5 and 3 points. Under is 5-0 in last five Steeler games, 3-0 in last three Jet games.

Miami @ Denver -11.5 39
The Dolphins are 6-1 ATS L/7 versus the Broncos. Five of those 7 games went 'over' the set 'total'. The Dolphins are 6-15 ATS L/21. Denver is 3-6-2 ATS L/11 games overall and 1-3-1 ATS L/5 overall. Miami has gone 'over' the set 'total' in 5 consecutive games and have followed suit in 4 of their L/5 on the road. The Broncos have gone 'under in 9 of their L/11 contests. The Dolphins are 3-7 ATS L/10 December games and 17-35 ATS late in the second half of the season over the last 12 years. Miami is 23-9 ATS L/32 against AFC West division opponents. Denver is 1-4 ATS L/5 against AFC division opponents. Note: The Dolphins turn the ball over more than any other team in the NFL at 2.9 PG.....Denver lost last two games in snow, rain; the last eight times they started drive in enemy territory, they scored a mere pair of FG's. Broncos have 13 3-and-outs on last 27 drives, which hurts field position, causing 15 of those drives to start 80+ yards from enemy goal line. In their last ten games, Broncos are 6-0 if they allow less than 20 points, 0-4 if they don't; Miami scoring 24.3 ppg under Bates, scoring 32 points last week despite seven turnovers. As bad as Miami has been, they have only two losses by more than 10 points, Week 5 at Patriots (24-10) and three weeks later at Jets (41-14).

St. Louis @ Carolina -7 44
The Panthers are 4-1 ATS L/5 in this series. The L/3 consecutive meetings in this series have gone 'over' the set 'total'. The Rams are 1-5 ATS L/6 and 6-17 ATS L/23 away. Carolina is 5-1 ATS L/6 overall but just 3-7 ATS L/10 at home. St. Louis has gone 'over' in 6 of their L/8 games and 9 of their L/10 on the road. Carolina has gone 'over' in 5 of their L/6 games. The Panthers are a perfect 3-0 ATS this season against NFC West division opponents. The Rams are 1-9 ATS L/10 when playing against a team with a losing record in the second half of the season. ...Chandler at QB, both Faulk and Jackson are banged up, Rams have lost all four non-division road games by 17-17-20-28 points, and now Carolina is hot, winning and covering last four games by average score of 29-18. Panthers are plus-11 in TO's last four games, picking off ten passes. Panthers are just 1-4 as favorite this year, but they play harder than Rams, and are scoring better (31.3 ppg last four games; Rams 16.7 last three). Rams are 2-3 as dog this season, but they signed Jamie Martin off street to backup the brittle Chandler, so if something happens, this could get ugly.

San Francisco @ Arizona -7 37
The 49'ers are 6-2 ATS L/9 against the Cards. The L/2 meetings have gone 'over' the set 'total'. San Francisco is 1-7 ATS L/8 overall and 1-4 ATS L/5 away games. Arizona is 8-2 ATS L/10 at home. The 49'ers have gone 'under' in 4 of their L/5 road games. Arizona has gone 'under' in 17 of their L/23 at home. San Francisco is 1-10 ATS L/10 after scoring 10 points or less in a game. The Cardinals are the second lowest scoring team in the NFL averaging 16 PPG. ...Only 49er win this year came over Arizona in Week 5, when Cards led 28-12 with 5:00 left and lost in OT; since then, feeble Niners have dropped seven games in row, covering twice, both times when they were getting 10.5 points. 49ers have been outscored 41-6 in first half of their last three games. Arizona back to McCown at QB, after three-game debacle with King and Navarre starting. Other than 34-10 win over Saints in Week 4, only Arizona wins this year are by 8-1-3 points. In Week 13, this is first time Arizona has been a favorite this season.

Tampa Bay @ San Diego -5 43
The Chargers are 4-1 ATS L/5 in this series. The L/4 meetings have gone 'over' the set 'total'. Tampa Bay is 4-2 ATS L/6 and 1-6 ATS L/7 on the road. San Diego is 8-0-1 ATS L/9 overall and 5-0 ATS L/5 at home. TB has gone 'under' in 5 of their L/6 games and 4 of their L/6 on the road. The Chargers have gone 'over' in 5 of their L/6 on the road. San Diego is 3-23 SU L/26 after scoring 10 to 20 points. The Chargers are 6-0 ATS L/6 against a losing team in the second half of the season. The Chargers are the third best in the NFL with their run defense allowing just 78.7 PG. The Bucs have the NFL's best pass defense allowing just 160 YPG. ...Gruden won Super Bowl on this field two years ago, seems like longer. Bucs are 5-3 since 0-4 start, but they're 1-5 on road, with the only win at Saints in Week 5; they're 2-5-1 as a dog this season. Bolts are 8-0-1 vs spread in last nine games, and won six in row, although last two were both by slim FG. Five of their six home games went over, but last four Buc games stayed under. Chargers are 3-0-1 as favorite this year; they're plus-8 in turnovers last five games.

The Eagles have gone 'under' in 11 of their L/15 games overall. Washington has gone 'under' in 4 of their L/5 overall. Philly is 9-0 ATS against conference opponents this season and a perfect 4-0 ATS against division opponents. Washington is 4-12 ATS L/16 against division opponents. Note: The Redskins are the worst scoring team in the NFL averaging 14.1 PPG. The Eagles defense allows just 15.1 PPG. ... The Eagles defense allows just 15.1 PPG. ....Skins trailed just 7-6 at half three weeks ago in Philly, but lost 28-6, going 3-and-out on six of ten possessions; Eagles outrushed then 126-51 and were 9 of 15 on third down. Kansas City @ Tennessee

The Chiefs are 2-7-1 ATS L/10 MNF football games. Tennessee is 0-2 ATS as home dog on Monday. The Titans are 1-6 ATS on prime time of an SU loss and 1-7 ATS if they have a losing record. ...Tennessee defense not up to snuff, as Fisher onside kicked three times last week; he basically admitted he couldn't stop Colts, and Chiefs are almost as good as Colts on offense, scoring 65 points in last two games, 31+ in five of last seven. Six of last nine Titan games went over total; they're 2-6 if they allow 20 or more points, and are just 1-4 at home. Chiefs in rival sandwich (Raiders/Broncos) but teams seldom flat on the national Monday night stage. KC has just six takeaways in their last nine games (-10).
